A three-storey multi-agency building which houses all of the city's fire, police, and EMS divisions in one complex, as well as the emergency management and preparedness division. The Multi-Agency Training Academy consists of three components: a multi-storey building and indoor training facility for fire, police, primary response, and emergency preparedness, an outdoor training tower, and a working fire and EMS station.

This museum is housed in a 160-year-old waterworks, containing two steam-powered beam engines which pumped water in Hamilton from 1859 to 1910, as well as a collection of artifacts relating Hamilton’s industrial past. The museum offers guided tours, various permanent and changing exhibits, and features special events for the whole family, including Live Steamer Days from May through September.
