This program is comprised of three components:

A support line staffed by a team of mental health counsellors who provide individualized support counselling, system navigation, and customized information and education to caregivers, and individuals living with chronic mental illness.

Provides an opportunity for adults with a physical disability to live in a geared-to-income, fully accessible, one bedroom apartment. Access to essential non-medical 24 hour attendant and life skill support services.

Assists isolated, low income, and vulnerable seniors age 55 and older with making social connections and maintaining independence through various activities and community referrals.
