CARERS Program stands for Coaching Advocacy Respite Education Relationship Simulation. It is a free 8-week program of 2 hours weekly sessions that teaches practical skills and emotional supports needed to care for people living with dementia.

Offers post-secondary education in faculties of Engineering, Health Sciences, Humanities, Science, Social Science, the DeGroote School of Business, and the School of Graduate Studies.

Provides a variety of life-skills training services for people who are blind or partially-sighted. Services are provided by certified specialists who will create a personalized rehabilitation plan.

Provides learning opportunities that help participants develop skill and confidence in the kitchen, and learn about choice and preparation of diabetes friendly food. Topics include:

Public elementary schools of the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board. Offers education using a standard curriculum set by the Ministry of Education from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8.

A supervised space for children to spend time before school, with a hot breakfast provided. Assistance with homework is also available. Program runs on school days from 7:45am to 9:15am, parents and families are welcome.
