In response to COVID-19, CMHA Hamilton is offering free short-term supportive counselling for all Hamilton health care and social services staff experiencing stress and anxiety due to working on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic. Up to four 1-hour sessions of telephone or virtual mental health support will be offered Monday to Friday.

Call (905) 521-0090 to leave a message with your contact information. A case manager will call back within 24 business hours to connect you to your preferred method of support including online resources and free counselling.
