Provides rehabilitation services and skills development to adults with a serious mental illness who live in residential care facilities. Rehabilitation Counsellors assist residents with developing various skills required for living, working and learning successfully in the community. Individual short-term support and advocacy services available. Instruction and support is provided to facilitate skill development in areas such as:
- cooking
- cleaning
- laundry
- budgeting
- communication
- social skills
- community involvement
- problem solving
