Shelter Health Network

Provides primary health care to people experiencing homelessness or precarious housing in Hamilton, delivering low-barrier, community-based care to individuals who may not have access to a family doctor or traditional health services. Clinics are operated in shelters, drop-ins, transitional housing programs, addiction services, and other community locations across Hamilton.
