Service Cost Payment Assistance

Programs that provide financial assistance for the express purpose of helping people pay for necessary supportive services in situations where they cannot otherwise obtain them. Programs that purchase services for individuals as a component of case management are not included.

 

Services
Passport Funding Program

Helps individuals with a developmental disability stay involved in their communities and live as independently as possible. Provides direct funding for community participation services and supports, activities of daily living, and person-directed planning.

Special Supports Program

Ontario provincial program that provides health-related items to people receiving Ontario Works (OW) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) funding and people on low income.
