Provincial program that helps families who are caring for a child with a developmental and/or physical disability by providing funding to buy services and supports that help parents with caring for their child, or that support the child to join activities at home and in the community. This includes providing:
- support for the child to participate in day-to-day activities
- assistance for the child to participate in activities that support their growth and development
- support for parents/main caregivers (such as respite services)

Eligibility
Families who live in Ontario can apply for this support if their child:
- has a developmental and/or physical disability
- is under the age of 18
- needs more support than they can provide
- lives at home with them, or is not living at home with them and is not being helped by other residential services
