Provides an opportunity for adults with a physical disability to live in a geared-to-income, fully accessible, one bedroom apartment. Access to essential non-medical 24 hour attendant and life skill support services. 

Provides furnished transitional housing apartments and support to young mothers with on-site programming and support staff. Offers supportive programs to those in the transitional housing. 

Provides settlement support for newcomer youth.  Offers information regarding transportation, health, housing, volunteering and relationships.  Program funding provided by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

Services include:

Offers meals served in a group setting that provides an opportunity for socializing. Developed for older adults and people with disabilities who would like to get out of the house more often. Transportation is available for a fee.

Provides housing in southern Ontario including residential care with 24 hour on-site services and supported independent-living apartments.

Complete energy evaluations are conducted on homes by registered energy advisers.

Each evaluation includes a customized report with specific recommendations for energy savings, delivered in about two weeks.
