Achieves is a 12-week program which supports youth in grades 6, 7, and 8 that experience barriers to their social and educational success.
This is a pre-trial program to help the Court and the accused person in the assignment and fulfillment of bail conditions. Verification of the accused's community circumstances is obtained to help the Court set bail requirements.
A transitional housing program for young parents and their children for up to 2 years. Provides furnished apartments and support to young parents, with on-site programming and support staff.
A 40-bed emergency shelter for individuals and their children who are fleeing violence and abuse.

Provides work experience and training for at-risk youth in the Hamilton community. Youth cook and participate in clean-up in the Living Rock industrial kitchen.
Provides assessment, rapid consultation, and treatment of individuals experiencing mental health problems.
Provides home assessments and recommendations at no cost to help seniors remain safe and independent in their homes, and falls prevention education program to both seniors and caregivers.
