A transitional housing program for young parents and their children for up to 2 years. Provides furnished apartments and support to young parents, with on-site programming and support staff.
Program designed to connect newcomers with appropriate services and resources for their life in Canada, such as health care, education, and language help.

Licensed child care centre in Waterdown offering care for children ages 6 months to 6 years.
Provides housing in southern Ontario including residential care with 24 hour on-site services and supported independent-living apartments. Hamilton has both apartments and homes available with varying levels of on-site care and support.
Offers a variety of health and fitness programs for individuals and families. Serves all members of the community, including those with limited financial means.
A free exercise program designed to help seniors stay healthy, safe and strong and promote improved balance, improved strength with prevention of muscle loss, maintenance of strong bones and increased overall independence.
A licensed child care program, providing extended child care for school-age children. Includes homework help and indoor and outdoor physical activity. Modified program available for children with special needs.
Retirement residence with assisted living, memory care, and private suites. Can accommodate couples. Short stay available when space permits (i.e. temporary, vacation, convalescent, respite care).
