Transitional housing program designed to support the unique needs of young mothers, providing 15 furnished, subsidized apartments for individuals who are at least 7 months prenatal with their first child or are currently parenting.
Programs and supports include:
- Parenting and Child Development: early childhood milestones, bonding and attachment, LEAP (Learning, Earning, and Parenting)
- Home and Financial Management: nutrition and culinary skills, health and wellness, financial literacy
- Wellness and Career Readiness: mental health and recovery, pre-employment support
