Eligibility
To access Pet Health Outreach Clinics, pet owners must live in Hamilton/Burlington and be receiving government assistance or meet the income qualification based on CRA Notice of Assessment.
For subsidized spay/neuter, pet must be between 4 months and 6 years of age, and healthy.
