A consumer-run drop-in and resource centre for people with lived experience of mental health or addiction problems. Peer support is available as needed in person and over the phone.
A support line staffed by a team of mental health counsellors who provide individualized support counselling, system navigation, and customized information and education to caregivers, and individuals living with chronic mental illness.
Matches children and teens with volunteers from the community. Pairs meet regularly, sharing interests and activities while building friendships, and the caregivers benefit from additional respite.
Day Program: Offers a full day of activities for neurodivergent children, teens, and preteens. Activities include board games, video games, arts and crafts, and physical activities.
Provides temporary housing for families of patients in Hamilton area hospitals. A kitchen is available as well as common areas, laundry, and patio. Includes telephones in the bedrooms and internet access.
