Services are available for:
Offers support to women who have been exposed to abuse and violence, whether physical, sexual, emotional, or financial. Programs provide knowledge and understanding of abuse, safety planning, and access to community resources.
Offers exercise classes for older adults. Classes offered to suit a range of physical abilities.
Provides substance use and mental health services for teenagers, young adults, and their families or caregivers.
Offers a range of programs to individuals living with developmental disabilities that help make new friends, improve old relationships, connect to services, or build new skills.
Services include:
Counselling services provided by registered social workers or registered psychotherapists. Mental health services are available for children, youth, and their families, as well as for adults and people dealing with addictions.
Single point of access for children and youth to be placed on the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) waitlist for autism services.
Operates affordable housing complexes and support services for Indigenous people in the City of Hamilton.
