Offers skating lessons for children of all skating levels and experience.
Includes:
- learn to skate
- power skating
- figure skaing
- adult skating lessons
Provides confidential counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families to explore the strengths and resources they can use to overcome the challenges they are facing.
Services are available for:
Offers a range of programs to individuals living with developmental disabilities that help make new friends, improve old relationships, connect to services, or build new skills.
Services include:
Provides information and access to assistance for older adults with age related cognitive impairments and responsive behaviours that impact their daily functioning and/or the ability to maintain relationships.
Provides information on a full range of social services available from all levels of government, the non-profit sector, the private voluntary sectors, by individuals in the community, and from the business sector.
Provides legal services to low income seniors living in the community in their own homes or in group living arrangements such as retirement homes, boarding homes and long term care facilities.
Services include:
Provides meals prepared from fresh foods and frozen the week prior to delivery or pick-up. Offers 35 different entrées and desserts and 7 different soups each week over a 5 week rotation.
