Provides alternatives and options for individuals experiencing serious mental illness who become involved in the criminal justice system. 

This program is comprised of three components:

Serves street-involved youth ages 16-21 in Hamilton, meeting youth at various residential and non-residential programs within Good Shepherd Youth Services and the Street Youth Planning Collaborative (SYPC). 

Program offers: 

Street Outreach Services that engage individuals who are experiencing mental illnesses and are homeless or living in shelters. City of Hamilton Mental Health and Street Outreach staff work in the community at many locations.

Provides housing support services to individuals with serious mental illness who are involved in the criminal justice system.  A rent supplement is available for participants.  Goals of the program are to:

Offers a variety of mental health related outpatient services for children and youth age 17 and younger. Meet with a healthcare provider to discuss service options and create a treatment plan.

Services available include:

A team of counsellors provide services to support individuals, couples, and families facing a very broad range of issues. Counselling modalities include traditional talk therapy, art therapy, and attachment therapy.
