A 9-week program designed to help low-income individuals and families learn nutritious meal planning and budgeting on a limited income.

A program that focuses on leadership, health and diabetes, physical activities, and cultural components, available for Indigenous and non-Indigenous youth. Meals are provided to all attendees. 

Gwen Lee Supportive Housing consists private bachelor apartment units located in an apartment building managed by CityHousing Hamilton. Support services are provided by Personal Support Workers who are on site 24 hours a day on a scheduled basis,

A weekly dining program for older adults, offering a home-cooked meal and social engagement. Lunch is followed by an afternoon program including live music, guest speakers, games, and more. 

Program offers a monthly nutritious meal and social time at a location in Glanbrook/Binbrook. Participants from outside of Glanbrook are welcome, but must arrange their own transportation.

Provides a variety of life-skills training services for people who are blind or partially-sighted. Services are provided by certified specialists who will create a personalized rehabilitation plan.

Services include:

Retirement residence that provides short stay (i.e. temporary, vacation, respite care) when space ermits. Basic services include: 24 hour staff, emergency response system, meals, housekeeping, and social and recreation programs.

Accredited long-term care home offering nursing and personal care on a 24 hour basis. Additional services include: laundry, housekeeping, personal hygiene and medical supplies, meals, pastoral services, and social and recreational programs.
