Residential apartment building that supports adults with developmental disabilities. Residents pay their own rent, living in their own space and receiving staff supports based on their goals and needs.
Offers a place of respite for families with a child in hospital. The rooms are equipped with complimentary snacks and refreshments, and have a kitchenette and dining area.

A shared accommodation residence which houses four people with high care needs. Provides 24-hour attendant services, advocacy, and extensive life skills training to adults with physical disabilities.
