Senior Support, Hamilton Jewish Family Services

Offers a variety of supports and services for older adults, including:

• Seniors Living Well Centre Program: One-on-one opportunities to work with staff, skill development, and social interaction. A primary focus of this Day Program is to provide social inclusion opportunities.
• Education: Includes courses, groups, and workshops on topics including positive aging, long-term care access, speech reading, estate tax, technology usage, and more. 
• Social opportunities: Kibitz Corner, games, coffee and chat, and more.
