Family Court Support Worker Program
Community-based early intervention program that is designed to help young people who are at risk of or in the early stages of homelessness.
A health and lifestyle program aimed at preventing chronic disease and enhancing the quality of life for those living with mental illness and offers a variety of modules (Exercise, Cooking, Nutrition, Smoking Management, and Weight Management).
Program based on Outpatient Harm Reduction Model including
Provides settlement support for newcomer youth. Offers information regarding transportation, health, housing, volunteering and relationships. Program funding provided by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
Services include:
Adult day program. Social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults and people with disabilities in a group setting for part of the day. Helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care.
Offers affordable housing and rental units at 20% below the average market rate, includes two buildings with one reserved exclusively for older adults.
Assisted Living
Referrals to various services offered by Neighbour to Neighbour as well as to various community organizations, for families and individuals who are experiencing difficulties related to poverty.
