Distress Line

A religious, charitable, social, cultural, and educational non profit organization supporting a community of believers who strive to strengthen and preserve the Islamic as well as Bosniak identity in the greater Hamilton and Niagara regions of Ontario. Prayer schedule is available online. 

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is Canada's largest mental health and addiction teaching hospital, as well as one of the world's leading research centres in the area of addiction and mental health. . The Provincial System Support Program has offices throughout Ontario. Implementation teams through these offices work closely with local communities and key partners to create and sustain system improvements.

Adult day program. Social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults and people with disabilities in a group setting for part of the day. Helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care. Offers supported conversation groups for people with Aphasia, a communication disorder caused by stroke or an acquired brain injury.
