This program is comprised of three components:
Adult day program, providing social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults and people with disabilities in a group setting for part of the day. Helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care.
Offers recreational and competitive soccer teams for youth in Hamilton.
Provides employment support for general trades and connects them with industry employers for work placements. This program runs for approximately 30 weeks. Participants are provided with personal protective equipment and a basic tool kit.

Offers confidential support services for survivors of sexual violence, 16 years of age and older, who have left sex-trafficking at any point in their lives. Services include individual, group counselling and advocacy.
