A free digital literacy program that is offered to newcomers and members of Black and marginalized communities to learn beginner and intermediate computer skills.

Topics include:

Awards presented at the Leaders in Literacy Breakfast annually in June.  Open for nominations from January to April each year. 

Specific awards are as follows:

  • Lynne Livingstone Memorial Award

A 12-week structured program for at-risk children showing aggressive, defiant, and anti-social behavior, and their caregivers. Caregivers attend a parenting group where they are taught effective child management strategies through group discussion
