A 24-hour emergency shelter providing beds for youth between 16 and 21 years of age. It provides programming and support to youth in the following manner:
A team of counsellors provide services to support individuals, couples, and families facing a very broad range of issues. Counselling modalities include traditional talk therapy, art therapy, and attachment therapy.
Provides a range of programs to help newcomers get settled in Canada, including peer-to-peer support groups, settlement and referral services, English conversation circles, and some translation services.
Provides comprehensive and accessible maternity care using a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach. The clinic is attended for prenatal visits and Maternity Centre doctors are on call for delivery at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Provides a full range of educational, sport, and recreational activities for newcomers to Canada. These activities provide newcomer youth with a fun, supportive environment.

Offers a noon-hour lunch and chapel service with a Christ-focused message designed specifically for street-involved youth. Offers food, music, and people sharing their personal stories.
Provides medical transportation to Indigenous seniors, those with early on-set aging, and those with complex physical disabilities.
Victim Quick Response Program+ (VQRP+) – program of last resort where no other available private or public resource is available
