Monthly peer-led groups for trans-feminine identified folks to connect, share resources and support one another.
Offers confidential trauma-informed support services for survivors of sexual violence, 16 years of age and older, who have experienced sexual violence at any point in their lives. Services include individual and group counselling.
Online monthly drop-in led by Registered Dietitians to provide peer support, motivation, and ongoing nutrition education.
