This program helps children, youth, and their caregivers in the following ways:
A prenatal and infancy home visitation program for young, first time parents provided by public health nurses. Program begins during pregnancy and for the first two years of the children’s lives.
A community support service that provides grocery delivery services to eligible seniors and adults with disabilities who live within the City of Hamilton.
Provides free snacks and light meals on weekends to youth, as well as dinner from 4pm-7pm.
Provides Indian Registration and Secure Certificate of Indian Status (SCIS) application facilitation and renewals for applicants who have already been registered under the Indian Act.
