Companionship and home-assistance program offering live-in companions for short term or long term in-home care assignment.
Provides information and access to assistance for older adults with age related cognitive impairments and responsive behaviours that impact their daily functioning and/or the ability to maintain relationships.
A series of group-format support programs led by an Alzheimer society counsellors that help family, caregivers, and individuals with memory loss cope with progressive cognitive deficits, dementia, or Alzheimer's disease.
