A 24-hour emergency shelter providing beds for youth between 16 and 21 years of age. It provides programming and support to youth in the following manner:
Monthly social mixer for the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
A Health Settlement Counseller offers this session to support marginalized individuals from the Sudanese community who are unable to attend community-led physical activities and heart health programs due to religious and cultural barriers.
Offers free pizza, treats, and refreshments, as well as community connections.
A faith-based organization serving people with developmental disabilities and their families in Ontario. Offers residential and retreat facilities.
Services include:
An outreach van that delivers food, clothing, and spiritual and emotional support to impoverished people in the community, five nights a week.
Offers a support group for individuals who have had contact with the criminal justice system. Program assists with transitioning back into the community after a period of incarceration.
A Community Justice Worker attends court daily and works with the offender and the Crown on referrals for diversion. The Community Justice Worker works collaboratively to determine, implement, and monitor sanctions, which may include:
