Provides financial assistance and other benefits to eligible people with disabilities who are in financial need to pay for living expenses, like food and housing.

Program assists people with disabilities in finding sustainable, competitive employment or to helping to realize self-employment. A person does not need to be in receipt of ODSP in order to be eligible for Employment Supports.
Counselling services provided by registered social workers or registered psychotherapists. Mental health services are available for children, youth, and their families, as well as for adults and people dealing with addictions.
Operates affordable housing complexes and support services for Indigenous people in the City of Hamilton.

Single point of access for children and youth to be placed on the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) waitlist for autism services.
CCAS provides adoption and fostering education programs, home studies, adoption placement of children, post-placement counselling and support, and fulfillment of legal requirements to finalize placement of children for adoption.
