Skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association. Designed to help individuals experiencing low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry.
Provides comprehensive outpatient and inpatient respiratory care as the regional respiratory service for the City of Hamilton and the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Local Health Integrated Network (LHIN).
Body Brave offers support services and treatment for eating disorders, body image issues and disordered eating. Education is offered for professionals, those with lived experience as well as caregivers and communities.
Providing support to 16 and 17-year-old youth seeking housing and/or housing maintenance; assistance to search for, view, apply, and retain housing.
Serves street-involved youth ages 16-21 in Hamilton, meeting youth at various residential and non-residential programs within Good Shepherd Youth Services and the Street Youth Planning Collaborative (SYPC).
