Skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association. Designed to help individuals experiencing low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. Clients can learn practical tips on managing mood, sleeping better, building confidence, increasing activity, problem solving, and healthy living.
This program is delivered over the phone and through online videos.
Videos are accessible on the website by entering one's email address and access code: bbtodayon.
Coaching and workbooks involve three to six telephone sessions, where the coach assists the client with developing new skills, staying motivated, and monitoring their progress. The client and coach will select specific workbook topics that are best suited to the client's current needs.
