A free digital literacy program that is offered to newcomers and members of Black and marginalized communities to learn beginner and intermediate computer skills.
Topics include:
Provides children from ages 5 to 10 years old with the opportunity to develop reading strategies including: phonemic awareness, levelled reading, shared reading, and targeted interactive writing exercises.
Offers support for persons with self-disclosed disabilities to prepare for, obtain, and maintain employment. Includes one-on-one, group coaching and work placements. Participants are trained in job-specific skills, including:
Integrated day program for the frail elderly, adults with special needs, and individuals with Alzheimer's Disease or other dementias, that offers social, recreational, intellectual and physical activities in a structured, supervised group setting.
