A non-emergency, door-to-door transportation service. Volunteer drivers accompany clients to and from medical appointments and grocery shopping.

Retirement home and long-term care residence in Hamilton that offers a continuum of care from independent living, to residents requiring more assistance, to a fully accredited long-term care facility.
Offers education and support to clients who have diabetes.
Workshops and activities include:
