A non-profit community mental health agency dedicated to the promotion of the mental health of all people, and ensuring the provision of the best possible services for people with mental health problems. Promotes mental health through outreach, social action, advocacy, education and research.
A non-profit faith based organization that offers a number of community focused mental health supports.
A support line staffed by a team of mental health counsellors who provide individualized support counselling, system navigation, and customized information and education to caregivers, and individuals living with chronic mental illness.
A consumer-run drop-in and resource centre for people with lived experience of mental health or addiction problems. Peer support is available as needed in person and over the phone.
Offers mental health support services, including individual counselling, group counselling, and seniors counselling. All supports are offered via phone or online with Zoom.
Street Outreach Services that engage individuals who are experiencing mental illnesses and are homeless or living in shelters. City of Hamilton Mental Health and Street Outreach staff work in the community at many locations.
Provides housing support services to individuals with serious mental illness who are involved in the criminal justice system.
