Provides skills development and training opportunities for urban Indigenous youth in Southern Ontario.
Services include:
-Individual career counselling and coaching
-Resume and cover letter assistance
-Interview coaching
-Action plan development
-Job search assistance
-Stay-in-initiatives and retention supports
-Apprenticeship information and support
-Entrepreneurship information and support
-Market labour information
NPAAMB partners with local employers to provide opportunites for youth, increase employee retention, lower recruitment costs and reduce training costs.

Eligibility
Age 18 years to 29 years; Self-identified urban aboriginal youth. Must be out of school, unemployed, or underemployed. Each program may have additional requirements--contact for details.
