General Youth Employment Programs

Programs broadly available to youth in general (rather than focusing on special groups within the youth population) that provide vocational assessment, job development, job training, job placement, specialized job situations and/or other supportive services that help young people prepare for, find and retain paid employment.

 

Services

Program that supports urban Indigenous youth to gain education, experience, and skills to improve employability and/or achieve and maintain meaningful employment.

  • Stay in School Initiative

Provides navigation and support to urban Indigenous youth who are unemployed or underemployed and ready to gain confidence and skills with their career goals.
