Free program for internationally trained teachers and early childhood educators. Program includes:
- 4 week employment readiness training
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Food Handlers Certification
- Introduction to child care centres, policy and procedures
- 16 week work placement
- One-on-one mentorship

Program applicants must:
- have post-secondary education and experience in teaching or childcare
- be a Permanent Resident or Convention refugee
- have a Canadian English Language Benchmark of level 6 or higher
