Programs that are responsible for handling complaints regarding violations of local ordinances which govern the purchase, storage and/or use of fireworks.

Hamilton Fire Department, Family Fireworks Sales Permit

Permits the sale of fireworks in Hamilton. Bylaws restrict the sale and storage of fireworks and the fire department enforces these bylaws. All vendors need to purchase a Family Fireworks Sales Permit from the Hamilton Fire Department to legally sell fireworks.
