Services

The website for the Hamilton/Halton branch of the Ontario Registered Music Teachers' Association. Maintains a list of teachers and lists events. 

A training program allowing campers to gain real-life experience in music, coming together to explore creativity, musical skills, and have fun. Camps are broken down into four tracks based on technique focus:

Offers steelpan music programs for beginner and advanced players. Instructor-led group sessions are held weekly. No previous experience is required. Provides local youth with the opportunity for positive group interaction, creative expression, and music literacy.

Offers music programs for youth on bagpipes and drums. Includes instruction, notation, and technique. All levels of experience are welcome.  

Hamilton School of Music Location, where various classes are held. 

Offers music lessons for people of all ages and skill levels. No previous experience is required. Classes include:

  • band
  • drums
  • guitar and bass
  • kindermusik
  • piano
  • orchestral instruments
  • vocal instruction
  • violin

A non-profit music organization offering lessons for people of all ages and skill levels. Committed to teaching all students in a creative, yet structured manner focusing on various interests. 

Offers programs in various instruments for beginner and experienced musicians. Includes private instruction, group classes, performance ensembles, and summer camps.

Offers a variety of arts-based summer camps to give children experience in musical theatre, drama, visual arts, dancing, and music. Camps are available for children in junior kindergarten to grade 12. Extended care is available.

A not-for-profit organization of professional music teachers committed to providing excellence in music education. Subjects taught include: piano, voice, violin, cello, guitar, woodwinds, early childhood music, rudiments, theory, composition, keyboard harmony.
