Day Camps

Programs that provide creative recreational experiences in cooperative indoor and/or outdoor group living for children, usually age four to 13, or adults who are transported to the site each morning and who return to their homes at the end of each day. Transportation may be provided by the program or may be the responsibility of the family.



Offers day camp programs for PA Day, Spring Break and the Christmas Holiday season.  

Offers a variety of March Break and summer day camps focusing on basketball skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Camps include The Break Shooting Camp, Metro Basketball Camp, Spalding Shooting Camp, Guard Post Camp, and Elite Highschool Camp.

Summer day camp for children aged 4-11. Includes indoor and outdoor activities, Bible study, and Wednesday day trips. Extended care available.  Also offers a leader in training program for students entering grade 7, 8, or 9. 

Offers a variety of day camps and summer camps for children ages 4 to 13. Integration of children with special needs may be accommodated and will be reviewed on an individual basis.

Offers a variety of PA day camps, March Break camps, and Summer camps.

Camp programs offered by the City of Hamilton Recreation Department during March Break, PA days, and summer and winter break. Activities include: games, crafts, sports, etc. Additional support is available for campers with disabilities or special needs.

Local gymnastics club that offers a variety of March Break camps, summer camps, and day camps for children ages 4 to 14. In addition to gymnastics, activities include tie dye, and water games.

Offers day camp programs for two weeks in July. Programs are aimed at teaching and supporting children ages 6 to teen who play string instruments.

Winter, March Break, and summer camp programs offer science, nature, art, and gardening activities in hands-on, environmentally-based programs. Half-day camp available for ages 3-4. Extended care available for additional cost.

Offers a leadership development summer camp program that develops life skills and responsibility. Junior staff learn to care for children in an educational setting through training, job shadowing and supported leadership activities.
