Leadership Development

Programs that provide opportunities for individuals of all ages to develop their leadership and management skills through participation in activities which require planning a workscope, organizing ways to achieve planned objectives, motivating members to complete tasks they have agreed to perform and evaluating the group's progress; or through training which addresses these skills.

 

Services

Offers a variety of programming for youth ages 12-24. Programming includes:

Camp programs offered by the City of Hamilton during March Break, summer and winter break, and on PA Days. Activities include: games, crafts, sports, etc. Additional support is available for campers with disabilities or special needs.

Offers a leadership development summer camp program that develops life skills and responsibility. Junior leaders learn to care for children in an educational setting through training, job shadowing and supported leadership activities.

Offers summer camps, March break camps, day camps, and leadership development programs for children and youth. Provides a one-to-one buddy program for children with developmental or physical disabilities. Programs are developed and operated in accordance with Catholic values. 

The Character Development program encourages youth to develop their character and leadership skills while learning a sense of personal responsibility through peer mentorship and community service.

A youth-led collective that supports the voices of young women, non-binary, and gender fluid youth in Hamilton. Program consists of activities, discussions, and workshops to encourage youth engagement.
