Programs that pay all or a portion of the costs associated with acquiring assistive technology products and/or obtaining support services such as customization, fit/modification services or repairs.

 

Services
War Amputee Program

Offers comprehensive services to war amputees and seriously disabled veterans. Provides assistance with accessing health benefits and services, resources on living with amputation, advocating for amputees, and effecting legislative change. 

Adult Amputee Program

Provides adult amputees with financial assistance towards the cost of artificial limbs, as well as advocacy and resources on living with amputation.

Child Amputee Program

Offers comprehensive services to child amputees and their families, including financial assistance for artificial limbs, regional seminars, advocacy and peer support.

Easter Seals Equipment Funding Program

Helps families with the cost of equipment that is required by children and youth with physical disability, to a maximum of $3000 per child.
