Program offering licensed child care Monday through Friday before and after school. Registration is available full time (5 days per week) or part time (minimum of 3 days per week) and for before and/or after school. Program includes:
Offers Ministry of Education-licensed child care for toddlers (18-30 months) and preschoolers (2.5 years up to school entry.) Lunch and healthy snacks provided.
YWCA Hamilton operates a wide variety of housing options for adults with developmental disabilities, including group homes, residential care facilities, and supported apartment settings.
An annual award that recognizes outstanding women who have made a commitment and a significant difference in their community by showing vision, creativity, and initiative. Nominations are open between November and January.
Offering day camps for youth at various locations. Extended care may be available.
Activities include:
A day program for adults with developmental disabilities.
Offers an affordable meal program where people can purchase buttons that those in need can exchange for menu items.
Provides gently used medical equipment (walkers, crutches, air casts, tub transfer seats etc.) to borrow after surgery or medical stay.
An emergency shelter for homeless or transient men.
