The Provincial System Support Program has offices throughout Ontario. Regional implementation teams through these offices work closely with local communities and key partners to create and sustain system improvements.
Program provided in partnership with Vision Loss Rehabilitation that provides support for individuals with vision loss and additional functional needs due to a permanent physical disability.

Multidisciplinary centres aimed at delivering expert care to people and families living with ALS.
Halton ADAPT offers programming for adults and youth to help with addictions to drugs, alcohol, and gambling.
Adult day program, providing social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults and people with disabilities in a group setting for part of the day. Helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care.
Provides support for individuals who are at risk of developing an eating disorder, and promotes overall physical and mental wellness.
Processes registrations for consent to donate human organs and tissues. Donors will receive a confirmation letter at the time of registration, registration updates, or withdrawal of consent.
Seniors' social club that meet weekly for euchre games.
Theatre Ancaster provides opportunities for adults from beyond high-school age to engage in both musical and non-musical programs.
