Provides a range of services to support newcomers get settled in Canada. Settlement counsellors assist newcomer families with the following:
Camp programs offered by the City of Hamilton during March Break, summer and winter break, and on PA Days. Activities include: games, crafts, sports, etc. Additional support is available for campers with disabilities or special needs.
A community support service that provides grocery delivery services to eligible seniors and adults with disabilities who live within the City of Hamilton.
