Family Court Support Worker Program
Provides comprehensive and accessible maternity care using a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach. The clinic is attended for prenatal visits and Maternity Centre doctors are on call for delivery at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
A 6 to 8 week program to help newcomers improve their English and prepare for the workplace. Services include:
A non-profit cooperative social-sailing club for adults in Hamilton. Boats, safety equipment, and volunteer instructors are supplied by the club. Social activities and events are hosted throughout the year.
Provides supports and services to ensure Indigenous women’s voices are heard in the justice process. Prepares and submits culturally grounded and individually focused recommendations to the courts for consideration during sentencing.
A non-profit, parent run, co-operative nursery school for children 2 through 5 years old. Children may enroll for 1 to 4 sessions per week and may join the program at any time during the school year, space permitting.
