Program designed to connect newcomers with appropriate services and resources for their life in Canada, such as health care, education, and language help.

Offers help with:

Provides a free warm, nutritious meal on weekday mornings for youth aged 13-25. Also provides access to showers, hygiene products, clothing, wi-fi, computers, and crisis and housing support.

Offers support for mental health and trauma challenges from a traditional approach. In partnership with Youth Wellness Centre St. Joesph's Healthcare.

Provides driver companions to transport and accompany older adults to and from medical appointments, shopping centres, grocery stores, visiting friends, and other errands.

Provides gently used medical equipment (walkers, crutches, air casts, tub transfer seats etc.) to borrow after surgery or medical stay. Donations of these items in gently used working order are accepted during open hours.

Provides learning opportunities that help participants develop skill and confidence in the kitchen, and learn about choice and preparation of diabetes friendly food. Topics include:

A supervised space for children to spend time before school, with a hot breakfast provided. Assistance with homework is also available. Program runs on school days, and parents and families are welcome. 

Teaches senior residents and clients nutrition strategies and cooking skills. Participants participate in a luncheon to develop friendships and socialize. Also offers special guest speakers about topics that interest participants.
