A free community based pulmonary rehabilitation program designed to enhance quality of life for people living with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and help r

Provides Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs) with the one-on-one case management, language and communication skills, exam preparation, professional development, mentoring and networking to be successful in the nursing profession. 

An integrated and non-profit school for children ages 2.5 to 4 years. Parents and caregivers act as volunteers in the classroom. Flexible scheduling allows for 2, 3, or 5 day programs.

Provides rental access to City of Hamilton arenas, community centres, and recreation facilities for special events, meetings, birthday parties, and other activities.

Offers year-round dramatic arts instruction for students of all ages. Programs focus on training with professional artists and exploration of individual artistic voice.

Ontario provincial program that provides financial support for low to moderate income families to cover some of the extra costs of caring for a child who has a severe disability. 

Funds are available to help with costs such as:

Provides grocery delivery services to vulnerable youth and young adults in the Hamilton area with barriers to food bank access. Delivers free groceries, clothing, hygiene products, baby supplies, and resource connections. 

Provides emergency financial assistance for electricity bill payments for low-income individuals and families who are behind on their payments or are in arrears and may face having their service disconnected.
