The Deaf Empowerment Program taught in American Sign Language (ASL) provides deaf and hard of hearing adults the opportunity to upgrade their skills in math, reading, and writing, as well as basic computer and employability skills.
Licensed child care centre offering programs for toddlers (ages 14-31 months) and preschool aged children (ages 31 months-4 years). Part-time and full-time care available. A daily breakfast, hot lunch, and afternoon snack are provided.
Friendly Visiting - Regular in-home visits with trained staff and volunteers, with activities including conversation, playing cards, running errands, walking, and more.
Provides Deafblind individuals with accurate information in an appropriate manner to enable them to make choices, plan future actions, communicate successfully, navigate their environment, and achieve as much independence as possible.
Offers music programs for youth on bagpipes and drums. Includes instruction, notation, and technique. All levels of experience are welcome.
