Street Outreach Services that engage individuals who are experiencing mental illnesses and are homeless or living in shelters. City of Hamilton Mental Health and Street Outreach staff work in the community at many locations.
Provides 24-hour residential hospice and palliative care to individuals with a life-limiting illness. Offers nursing care, pain and symptom management, psychological, social, and spiritual support.
Offers emergency food assistance to all persons living in poverty and with low incomes.
Offers free tax help, financial planning, and problem solving assistance provide by volunteers trained by Canada Revenue Agency or volunteer chartered accountants.
